Text Message Terms of Use
These Text Message Terms of Use govern the text message (SMS) service offered by Harpeth Bank & Trust. By providing your mobile number and consenting to receive text messages from us, you agree to these terms.
About the Service
Harpeth Bank & Trust may send text messages to customers who have provided a mobile number and agreed to receive them. Messages may include account alerts, security and fraud notifications, one-time passcodes, service updates, and responses to requests you initiate.
You are not required to consent to receive text messages as a condition of opening an account or receiving any product or service from Harpeth Bank & Trust.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on the alerts you enroll in and your account activity. Security and fraud messages are sent as needed.
Message and Data Rates
Harpeth Bank & Trust does not charge for text messages sent through this service. Your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates apply to every message you send or receive. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
How to Opt Out
You may cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further text messages unless you enroll again.
You may also opt out by calling us at (615) 803-9100 or by visiting the downtown Franklin office.
How to Get Help
Reply HELP to any message from us for assistance, or call (615) 803-9100 during business hours.
Carriers and Availability
Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Text message delivery is provided on an as-is, as-available basis and depends on your carrier's network and your device. Harpeth Bank & Trust is not responsible for messages that are delayed, undelivered, or received by a person other than you. Do not rely on text messages as your only means of monitoring your accounts.
Keeping Your Number Current
You agree to notify us promptly if your mobile number changes or is no longer under your control. Messages intended for you may otherwise be delivered to someone else.
Privacy
Information collected through this service, including your mobile number, carrier, and the date, time, and content of messages, is handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell your mobile number.
Do not include Social Security numbers, account numbers, passwords, or other sensitive information in a text message to us.
