David McDaniel
President & Chief Executive Officer
David brings more than 30 years of financial services experience serving customers across Middle Tennessee. A native Nashvillian, he has led community banks in the region as president, chairman, and chief executive, with deep roots in Williamson County banking. David is a graduate of the American Bankers Association Private Wealth Management School at Emory University and holds bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
Eddie Maynard
EVP, Chief Credit Officer
Eddie has spent more than 25 years in Franklin's banking industry across lending and credit, with experience spanning loan origination, underwriting, credit risk management, loan policy, and examiner compliance. He serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the Tennessee Bankers Association Consumer and Commercial Lending Schools and lectures at West Virginia University. He is a graduate of West Virginia University and The Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University.
Travis Dumke
EVP, Chief Banking Officer
Travis is a Franklin native with more than 15 years of commercial banking experience across Williamson and Davidson Counties. He has led commercial banking teams responsible for loan and deposit growth, built and managed portfolios exceeding $100MM, and worked alongside executive leadership on strategic growth and balance sheet management. Travis is a graduate of the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking, completed The Wharton School's executive leadership program, and serves with several Franklin nonprofits.
Seth McGill
EVP, Chief Financial Officer
Seth brings 21 years of financial services experience, beginning in public accounting auditing financial institutions across Middle Tennessee before moving into bank finance leadership, most recently as a chief financial officer. A native Tennessean and CPA, he is a graduate of Tennessee Tech University and a member of the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants and the AICPA. Seth oversees financial strategy, planning and analysis, accounting operations, and capital management.
Barbara Fleming
EVP, Chief Deposit Officer
Barbara is a longtime Williamson County banking leader with more than 50 years of experience serving clients and businesses across the county, including advising high-net-worth clients and multi-generational families in private banking. Based in the downtown Franklin office, she oversees deposit strategy and client relationship development and serves on the bank's Board of Directors. Barbara began her banking career right here in Williamson County.
Paul Hignutt
EVP, Chief Information Officer
Paul is a seasoned information technology professional with more than two decades of experience spanning implementation and consulting. A founding member of the bank and a member of its Board of Directors, he extends the bank's technological vision beyond the basics and provides the technology leadership that supports growth across the market.
Jennie Butler
EVP, Chief Mortgage Officer
Jennie brings more than 25 years of in-market experience originating mortgage loans and leading mortgage teams. She has consistently ranked among the industry's top performers in production volume and client satisfaction, with deep knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, and jumbo lending. Her market knowledge, leadership, and reputation anchor the bank's mortgage division.
