Jennie offers extensive knowledge of conventional lending, as well as government and specialty loan programs including FHA, VA, and jumbo financing. Her commitment to exceptional service and strong client relationships has earned her the trust of borrowers, real estate professionals, and business partners throughout her career.
Outside of work, Jennie enjoys traveling with her husband, Lindsay, and spending time with their grandchildren.
Johnny Smith

Johnny brings more than 25 years of mortgage banking experience serving homebuyers and homeowners throughout Middle Tennessee. Over the course of his career, he has held leadership roles in both sales and operations, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of the mortgage process from application to closing. Johnny has extensive experience across a wide range of loan programs, including conventional, FHA, VA, jumbo, and portfolio lending solutions. He is passionate about building lasting relationships and helping clients make informed financial decisions with confidence.
Outside of work, Johnny enjoys spending time with his wife, Janelle, their dog, JoJo, and their six grandchildren. He is an active member of Stonebridge Bible Church and proudly calls Franklin, Tennessee home.
